What you choose to share
The project form collects your name, email, optional phone, city, province, property type, timing, budget choice, selected services and the details you enter. We also retain the source page, referrer and campaign parameters where available to understand where an enquiry came from.
How it is used
HAUSE uses these details to review and respond to your project enquiry and, where needed, coordinate with a suitable service provider. Relevant details may be shared to handle your request. They are processed using our hosted intake, CRM and internal email-alert services, including Cloudflare, GoHighLevel and Resend. Service-provider systems may process information outside your province or Canada.
Local project storage
Your selected service list is saved in this browser so it stays available as you explore. Campaign parameters, the first page and first referrer are kept in session storage to preserve enquiry attribution as you navigate. Contact information and message text are not saved in browser storage by this site. You can remove individual services or clear the list on My project. The site does not currently load advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Ask HAUSE AI
Ask HAUSE provides automated general guidance. Agree & send gives first-send permission to send your messages to Cloudflare-hosted AI. Its expandable Privacy & AI details explain the current provider and model. The assistant can be wrong and cannot diagnose, certify, book or dispatch work. Do not share sensitive information. Conversation history stays in page memory until cleared or reloaded. A separate follow-up consent is required to share the displayed conversation, project details and contact information with HAUSE intake and relevant providers. You can use the ordinary project form without AI consent.
Connected service links
Related scopes lead to their own HAUSE destination. If you carry a saved related scope to another family site, its service reference is included in the URL fragment; contact details and message text are not carried.
Your choices
Contact info@hause.ca to ask about, correct or request removal of your enquiry information, or withdraw permission for further contact. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal obligations. Do not submit payment details, entry codes, identification documents or other sensitive information in the form.
